Employing Stealth Cognition Technologies and Threatening
Gruesome Surreptitious Assassination Without Culpability
to Celebrate China’s 60th Communist Anniversary

What would make the ‘elevator incident’ look nominal by comparison? In other words what might a morphing of the use of stealth cognition technologies from cumulatively causing unbearable humiliation over time to cause suicide look like?
If you are a member of the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal-(Beijing) triangle of power and wealth or have the confidence of one who is, you would have found out on October 1, 2009 and celebrated.
The purpose of the brazen death-threatening initiative was to flex Chinada’s 21st century Pandora’s Box muscles on the North American continent so that it coincided with China’s anniversary.
Astonishment and revulsion reverberated throughout the global coalition when the partnership learned what the Custodian Chief discovered about the latest manifestation of surreptitious assassination without culpability employing stealth cognition technologies. In what cannot but expedite their demise, Chinada principals hatched and implemented a plot to send a message to everyone who stands opposed to them they have no intention of halting any of their nefarious activities and demonstrated they can hypno-kill in the most gruesome fashion if they continue to be pushed.
What was undertaken was the follow-up to the Beijing Olympic assassination – another evidentiary indication the threat continues to morph; only it happened in Canada and there was no actual murder, only the threat of it.
For privacy considerations the full facts and identity are being withheld. The initiative is known only to Chinada’s top public and private sector command, a significant portion of the security apparatus and their trusted ilk to feed their insatiable appetite for schadenfreude and strengthen their collective identity of not just domination and subjugation, but total control over life and death with their 21st century Pandora’s Box.
Using advances in hypnosis a victim was cognitively manipulated into dousing him/herself and the inside of an SUV with 25 litres of gasoline with the intention of lighting a match to cause an excruciatingly painful death.
Prior arrangements were made for him/her to be discovered and ‘stopped in the nick of time’ by the RCMP. The latest victim of Canada’s Svengalis was then hauled off to a psych ward.
This extraordinary brazen and barbarity-threatening incident wasn’t planned and executed in a geo-political vacuum. It was arranged to coincide with the Beijing leadership's 60th anniversary celebration of communism in China. A few hours after the Red Army marched through Tiananmen Square and President Hu Jintao bragged about his country's superpower future, Chinada principals proudly displayed their latest militarized strategies and tactics in western Canada.

A confident President Hu Jintao …told the invited guests — the general public was not allowed to attend the parade — that “infinitely bright prospects” lay ahead for the world’s most populous nation.

The distress and loathing created by this demonstration of stealth cognition technologies and surreptitious assassination was not only visible on all the faces of television’s coalition partners for the rest of the day and evening and throughout the weekend, it was also conveyed in archivable diplomacy. Chosen for a pictorial documentation was 2008 Geo Award winner Christina Ricci; swiftly arranged to be captured in the act of filling up at a gas station. She was wardrobed in quantum, stood in the vicinity of Chinada prison certainty and choreographed to execute a Diaz Maneuver – a coalition identifying triple play:
And 2008 Geo Award recipient Kate Beckinsale also agreed to pose for a geo-scripted photo that day – one high profiling 'Dogville' justice by way of lethal military force and capital punishment:
Another initiative was delivered through the 2008 Geo Award winning ‘Letterman’ portal. He delivered these communiqués on behalf of the outraged partnership during his comedic monologue:
You walk up and down Broadway [in New York City] and you're going to be ankle-deep in skunks...seriously. [audience laughter] And thank God [1:08: Colbert M.] the City has a plan. Here's what they're going to do: they're going to lure all the skunks to Zurich Switzerland to pick up life-time achievement awards. [audience laughter] And they're going to... [encircling gesture]. The vendor joke includes a coalition identifier and compensation ratifier; and the photo is comprised of an employee about to bite into a hotdog made of skunk’s tail. In addition to the 'Dogville' reference – lethal force military action and capital punishment – there are more compensation ratifiers: five people and five stacked bagels on the vendor cart. "Kung Pow" is also diplomatically coercive, threatning to use military force against Chinese interests in Canada and wherever else Chinada operates in the world.
The “rats” reference draws attention to what is documented in John Lasseter’s ‘Ratatouille’: A Disney-PIXAR Film Underscoring The Coalition’s Description of Chinada Principals, Alberta and the RCMP as “Rats”.
And embedded in the joke about Roman Polanski being arrested in Zurich on outstanding felony charges is the stated intention of rounding up the malfeasant and prosecuting them for their crimes and human rights violations.
President Obama was briefed on the matter just before his departure to Copenhagen. He commenced his Thursday morning press conference with a CBS Maneuver (View video @ 0:04). Then in the European city he and his wife appeared together at his Olympic speech attired in Chinada prison certainty.
An American news photographer captured him executing a Kernan Maneuver tailored to mirror being shot between the eyes.
